Meatballs

This is not a recipe app.
It is a reference library from kitchens around the world.
An editorial iOS app about one of the world’s most familiar dishes — as culture, not content.

A calm reference library where every dish reads like a small piece of place.

What it is

Meatballs is built like a small magazine: each entry is a point of view — a dish tied to place, tradition, and care. You can browse, read, and bookmark. The experience is designed to feel calm, tactile, and precise.

Not variations. Not rankings. Just tradition — by place. Cook mode exists, but the editorial lens comes first.

For journalists

If you are writing about food culture, slow digital experiences, editorial product design, or modern reference media, Meatballs is intended to be easy to assess quickly: what it is, what it isn’t, and how it behaves.

If you need additional context (product rationale, credits, or a short quote), use the contact details below and you will get a direct reply.

Support

For help, questions, or corrections: support@meatballs.app. Include your device model and iOS version if you are reporting a bug.

Privacy

Meatballs is designed to be respectful by default. The app does not sell personal data.

Data you create (such as bookmarks) may be stored on your device and/or synced via iCloud, depending on how you use the app. Network requests, when needed, use HTTPS.

The app does not use advertising, third-party tracking, or analytics for behavioral profiling.
